segs1
主分割区域集合，被处理对象。
segs2
过滤参考区域集合。
输出参数
filtered_SEGS
已剔除与 segs2 重叠过多的 segs1 区域。
控件参数
ioa_threshold
IoA（交集面积 / segs1 区域面积）阈值。超出该值则移除。
