输入参数
images
输入图像。
输出参数
images
插入空白帧后的图像批次。
masks
帧掩码，原始图像位置为 1，空白帧为 0。
控件参数
empty_frames_per_image
每两张图像之间插入的空白帧数量。通常设置为 1 或更高值以拉开时间帧间距，0 表示无插帧。
pad_frame_value
空白帧的像素值，范围为 [0, 1]。默认为 0 表示黑帧，1 表示白帧，0.5 表示灰帧。
add_after_last
是否在最后一张图像之后添加额外空白帧。
